My Story

At WellRoots, we believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. Our journey to becoming a wellness resource began in 2015 when we decided to run classes in the community, maraes and online sessions.

We noticed leader in the community that were capable of running classes but just needed support. 
Currently, we offer a range of services such as consultations, personalied meal plans and plant-based cooking class support.

Our aim is to reach and support more people to run plant-based cooking classes and lifestyle programs.

At WellRoots, we believe that true wellness comes from within and that starts with good nutrition, lifestyle and lifeskills. We offer a variety of nutrition, wellness and life-skills programs for individuals, groups and organisations that focus on the whole person and holistic health. Our programs cover topics such as plant-based cooking, stress management, self-care and a lot more. We provide all the materials needed to run the program such as workbooks, training sessions, certificates, t-shirts, aprons, and banners. Whether you are looking for a 6 or 12 week program Wellsroots has you covered.
